Client Onboarding Specialist - Hybrid, Cross-Functional

HarbourVest is seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to facilitate fund closures and provide an optimal client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record of prioritizing multiple tasks, and 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in private equity.

This hybrid role offers 18 remote workdays per quarter. Responsibilities include coordinating activities with various teams and managing third party engagements.
