Client Services Manager (Bonnyville)

Overview

Dragonfly Counselling & Support Centre is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced leader to join us in our mission to end the cycle of sexual violence. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role based out of Bonnyville, AB.

As the Client Services Manager, you will be overseeing client-facing operations, ensuring that every individual who connects with us receives the highest standard of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and mentor staff on conducting comprehensive needs assessments across all agency programs to ensure a trauma-informed approach to client care.
• Coordinate client access by managing waitlists and matching individuals with the most appropriate counsellors or community support services to ensure timely care.
