Position overview
As Client Success Manager, you’ll be at the front line, delivering best-in-class account management to help clients achieve their goals. You will retain and grow client businesses by identifying and implementing ICUC products and services that provide value. Collaborating with revenue, operations, and leadership teams, you’ll grow and retain your accounts in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
