POSITION SUMMARY
Provides professional nursing care and coordinates the delivery of chronic pain medical treatments to assigned patients under indirect supervision. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.

Patient Satisfaction
- Provides supportive care to patients and administers treatments as prescribed.
- Maintains patient relations through ongoing dialogue with patients before, during and after treatment. Identifies and responds to dissatisfied patients with the appropriate recovery action.
- Assists in conducting new patient assessments, recording medical information.
- Supports effective patient flow through constant communication with the practitioner, MOA, Clinic lead and other healthcare providers.
