Responsibilities
Conduct product training both onsite and remotely in English and French for customers and employees, including complex situations involving multiple products.
Provide timely feedback on competitive product performance, contributing valuable insights to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams.
Provide demo support at local, regional, and national customer trade events, showcasing company capabilities.
Lead classroom lectures and laboratory sessions in English and French to ensure customers are trained to operate equipment according to safety guidelines with the highest level of satisfaction.
Prepare lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address customers’ specific implementation questions.
Formulate complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video media, and implementation guides.
