Deliver expert nutrition care at Fraser Health's Jim Pattison Outpatient Care in Surrey, B.C. This role involves assessing dietary needs and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
As a Clinical Dietitian, you'll develop and document personalized nutrition care plans while evaluating their effectiveness.
