Overview

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is a major academic health facility affiliated with the University of Toronto, training 5,000 student learners from over thirty health disciplines including 1,300 residents and fellows per year. We are one of the largest referral centres in Ontario for solid tumor and malignant hematology NGS testing and for pharmacogenetic testing. We invite applications for an Academic Clinical Laboratory Scientist with expertise in molecular genetics, tumor genomic profiling and hereditary cancer genetic disorders. We seek candidates with CCMG and/or ABMGG certification in molecular genetics, genetic and genomic diagnostics, or laboratory genetics and genomics. The successful candidate will hold an academic appointment in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at University of Toronto with rank commensurate with qualifications.
