Position Mission: Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the Testing and Repair operation group to maintain a quality management system, which will meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures detailed written instructions are followed for repairs of electronic components of computers, drives, amps, and chillers. Uses oscilloscopes, multimeters, computers, and specialized test equipment for troubleshooting and isolating electronic failures in equipment. Ensures product is repaired/tested and shipped in a timely manner ensuring the customer metric targets are achieved. Provides follow-up status for customer service department.
