FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead BidOps, an AI-native proposal-orchestration platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, currently being built at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.
BidOps is an AI-native proposal platform that automates requirement and compliance tracking, intelligently reuses institutional knowledge and proposal content, and streamlines coordination across technical experts.
