Role Overview
Our Toronto office is looking for a Co‑op Student or Intern to join the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets team from September to December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pitch‑books and presentation documents for business development initiatives.
- Perform market, industry, and company research supporting live engagements.
- Prepare lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets.
- Assist with drafting marketing documentation such as Confidential Information Memorandums.
- Assist with various financial analyses, including financial modeling and comparable company analyses.
- Participate in due diligence processes.
