Collections Agent – Monterrey, NL

Salary : $20,000 MXN per month.

Work Schedule : Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned accounts for collection efforts.
• Make professional outbound calls to collect payments while maintaining good customer relations.
• Resolve customer billing issues and reduce account delinquency by ensuring proper application of payments.
• Collect payments according to due dates.
• Identify reasons for account delinquency and discuss them with account managers.
• Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
• Follow up on payment arrangements.
• Send emails to encourage payment on delinquent accounts.
• Assist with month‑end closings and annual financial audits.
