Commercial Attorney

JOB DESCRIPTION Join us as a Senior Legal Counsel and support our global business with strategic legal expertise. You will advise on complex commercial agreements, partner with key stakeholders, and help manage risk while contributing to a high-performing international legal team.

How you'll make an impact:

Review and negotiate agreements in connection with commercial transactions

Offer general legal advice to Company management and functional business groups

Build and manage ongoing relationships with key legal stakeholders

Partner with key business stakeholders to understand business context and priorities

Mitigate major risks that threaten the delivery of work for contracts that are on customer forms or created internally

Qualifications:

Law degree and a professional license / authorization to practice law with 10+ years of commercial contracting experience
