Coverage: Colombia with projection to Central America and Guyana

Availability for domestic and international travel
What will you do in this role?
- Lead the commercial strategy for the company's geotechnical portfolio.
- Identify and develop opportunities in road infrastructure, mining, energy and building projects.
- Manage business relationships with construction companies, consultants, geotechnical designers and project supervisors.
- Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, technical visit, proposal, negotiation, closing and after‑sales service.
- Promote support, anchoring and foundation solutions in early stages of projects.
- Keep the sales pipeline and forecast updated in CRM.
- Participate in technical events and brand positioning activities.
