What you can look forward to as Commercial Insights Analyst
-Define KPI taxonomy, data dictionary, and calculation standards
-Ensure data quality, lineage, and consistency across systems (CRM/CPQ/ERP).
-Analyze conversion by stage, win/loss, cohort retention, churn drivers, expansion propensity and price realization signals.
-Partner with revenue operations to assess coverage, stage aging, risk flags, scenario modeling, and forecast accuracy.
-Produce clear narratives and recommendations for growth initiatives (retention, upsell, cross sell, pipeline acceleration) based on data insights.
-Quantify business impact and ROI of commercial initiatives.
-Build and maintain executive and field dashboards (SalesForce, Power BI)
-Publish curated datasets
-Drive adoption with training and open office hours.
