Responsibilities
- Design the strategic plan to strengthen and develop market access in the North part of the country (NEA, NOA, Cuyo, Mesopotamia and Córdoba), including extensive and intensive crops.
- Implement the Area’s Business Plan and Forecast.
- Coordinate and align demand generation activities in the regions as well as transformation projects; support the development of new business models.
- Implement value propositions aligned with the heads of each department to focus on customer needs.
- Manage fixed assets in the area of influence, ensuring proper administration aligned with client results and proposing asset reallocations when necessary.
- Lead and live the implementation of the Yara strategy in the region, enabling the commercial team to engage.
