Commercial Painter

Join a skilled team performing exterior painting, caulking, and building maintenance on commercial and industrial facilities. This role involves hands‑on work outdoors, at heights, and across various job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Remove and replace exterior caulk on commercial/industrial buildings
• Prep surfaces and apply commercial/industrial coatings
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Work on ladders, scaffolds, boom lifts, and swing stages
• Set up work areas, protect surfaces, and clean job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and report incidents
• Travel reliably to job sites; occasional overnight travel in the Midwest

What You Bring

• 2+ years of commercial caulking and/or painting experience
• Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in all weather
