Job Description
AXA Health International is a new structure within the Health Division of AXA which will put together all the teams involved in cross-border health and protection insurance and reinsurance. One of these teams, is currently sitting within the AXA Life & Health International Solutions (ALHIS) department of AXA France. This department looks after a portfolio made up of large corporate clients (typically CAC40 companies), governmental (foreign affairs ministries, embassies) and international non-governmental and inter-governmental organisations all looking to purchase international health and protection coverage for their worldwide staff. The Head of Underwriting is responsible for meeting the profitability targets on this portfolio.
This role will also be heavily involved in managing a successful transition of the underwriting team, its processes and systems from ALHIS to AXA Health International in the second half of 2025 to early 2026.
