ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, Alberta region, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Wood Products is responsible for buying and selling lumber, OSB, wood panels, and other selected product categories. The ISR - Wood Products will also be responsible for net sales, margin, and volume targets.
The ISR - Wood Products drives excellent customer service and lays the groundwork for a successful customer relationship by ensuring the ordering process, from start to finish, is accurate, consistent, and timely.
The ISR - Wood Products engages in ongoing dialogue with customers to assess current and projected needs and responds to daily fluctuations in price and market conditions.
