Responsibilities:
Change Management Support the planning, execution, and tracking of change initiatives across multiple workstreams.Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness activities.Prepare materials such as change briefs, adoption updates, and talking points.Coordinate inputs from project owners and ensure alignment with overall transformation narratives.Track progress of change deliverables (e.g., KPIs, 30/60/90 updates).Contribute to the maintenance of change governance tools (e.g., Change Ledger, change calendars).Support engagement activities that increase awareness and adoption of change.2.
