About the role

The Communications Advisor plays a key role within the Operations Technology and Reform (OTR) Program, delivering clear, consistent and timely communications to support complex operational and reform initiatives. Partnering with change managers, project leads and subject matter experts, this role translates technical updates into engaging, audience-appropriate content that builds awareness, transparency and confidence across AEMO. Reporting to the Manager, Knowledge Strategy and Engagement, the Communications Advisor develops and delivers content across multiple internal channels, including news articles, Viva Engage posts, team communications, project webpages and presentations.
