Position Overview
Occupational Therapist – Niagara Branch (Bayshore Home Care Solutions). Full‑time, part‑time, or casual opportunities with flexible scheduling (Monday‑Friday, weekends, or combination) in the Niagara Region, Haldimand County, Norfolk County. Employees receive $77.50 per visit plus benefits; independent contractors receive $87.50 per visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments, develop treatment programs, set goals, and plan discharges.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario standards.
- Collaborate with health team members and communicate care plans and education to clients, caregivers, and other providers.
- Provide oversight and guidance to personnel assisting in the OT program.
