Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy within clients homes and via virtual sessions
- Conduct client assessments in geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and palliative care
- Collaborate with clients to create evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise physiotherapy assistants when appropriate
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care processes
