We are seeking a patient, creative, and resilient companion to support a 16yearold autistic teen with a PDA profile. This is not a traditional carer role, but rather an opportunity for someone who is physically capable and brings genuine understanding of neurodivergence, ideally with experience in lowdemand, neuroaffirming approaches. The young person is bright, imaginative, and highly talkative, with a deep fascination for dinosaurs and a strong interest in becoming a YouTuber. He thrives when engaged with humour, patience, and stimulating activities that help him connect with the world around him. The role calls for a companion who can bring calm, flexible energy to daily interactions, support routines and executive functioning, and foster life skills through engaging experiences that provide consistency and structure.
