Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compensation market analysis and benchmarking
• Participate in salary surveys to inform HR decisions
• Evaluate job roles for proper classification
• Ensure the accuracy of HR data tools and systems
• Analyze hiring and turnover data for actionable insights
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in HR analysis or specialist roles
• Strong HRMS and reporting skills, preferably Workday
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
