& Requirements Who we are looking for We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Senior Manager to join our regional Talent team and lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of our Total Rewards agenda across Central Europe.This is a regional, strategic role with strong exposure to senior leadership and close collaboration with local HR teams, Finance, and business leaders. You will shape reward strategy, ensure consistency and compliance across markets, and enable high-quality reward conversations that support business growth and employee experience. What You Bring

Proven experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits at Senior Manager level or equivalent, ideally in a regional or international environment;

Strong understanding of reward strategy, compensation cycles, pay transparency, and regulatory frameworks;
