Compensation Specialist (Senior or Lead)
This position is a member of Boeing’s Variable Compensation team within the Global Compensation organization and will contribute to and lead compensation projects to support our incentive plans and annual compensation review.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design.
- Conduct benchmarking; analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend).
- Partner with stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs, improve business results, and recommend plan revisions.
