We are looking for a Complex Catering Manager to oversee meeting room rentals and catering at both of our locations.
Responsibilities
- Event planning, organizing, and execution
- Collaboration with clients to finalize details
- Providing a seamless service experience
- Supervising catering staff and banquet employees
- Motivating and scheduling team members
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring inventory
- Posting events through the PMS system and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Resolving complaints and handling meeting room inquiries
- Ensuring smooth event execution across operations
Additional Duties
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships
- Creating marketing materials to promote spaces
