Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to support the effective operation of a regulatory compliance management program, including the design, maintenance, and execution of the second line of defence Monitoring & Testing (M&T) Program.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned compliance professional with solid experience in audit, second-line testing and monitoring, banking legislation interpretation, test plan development, and translating regulatory requirements into clear business documentation. This individual will also be responsible for preparing and delivering monitoring and testing reports, maintaining compliance policies and procedures, and managing findings with business stakeholders.
This role requires extensive interaction with Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk, Governance & Controls, Legal teams, and senior leadership across the organization.
