Job Purpose
The Compliance Business Technical Specialist evaluates Legal and Compliance operational workflows and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and implement targeted enhancements. This role designs and integrates streamlined solutions, manages projects from initiation to completion, and ensures that changes fit seamlessly into regular operations. Additionally, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, software vendors, and technical teams, the Compliance Business Technical Specialist maintains and enhances core operational systems, reducing inefficiencies and strengthening decision-making. The role involves overseeing the strategic management and optimization of systems to ensure robust performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
