Commercial Construction (local) GC is hiring for a Project Manager with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Overview of Basic Experience Needed:
> 7+ years or more of (lead not assistant) project manager experience with medical, office, retail commercial TI/Build-Out & Ground-Up projects required.
> Local Nashville (or Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to dealing with Architecture companies preferred
> 4 year college Bachelors degree in construction management preferred (or equivalent experience)
