Increase portfolio share and bring world‑class project management to every opportunity! The CPM position leads a cross‑functional team capturing construction projects, from initial design to execution, to achieve large portfolio share using Hilti solutions for all customers, shareholders, owners, EPC, specifiers and contractors.
What You’ll Do- Build and lead the team to maximize revenue and meet profitability (P&L) standards across a designated project portfolio
- Manage a portion of the project portfolio in Chile
- Responsible for project management, including order execution
- Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines
- Responsibilities include travel (70% of your time)
- College graduation is required
- Advanced English is required
