& Requirements Who we are looking for We're looking for a current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another highly analytical discipline who is ready to turn academic knowledge into client impact. You'll thrive here if you have:

Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, structured arguments

Familiarity with structured problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, MECE)

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of MS Teams, Visio, and Power BI (or equivalents)

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with business-level fluency in English and Ukrainian

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and genuine curiosity about how businesses grow and operate
