About The Job
The Local Consulting Team Manager’s mission is to manage a team of internal consultants who contribute to projects in a co-staffing mode with the 2S C&T Paris team.
Your Main Activities
- As a team manager, you are responsible for overseeing the team and nurturing the development, skills and knowledge of its members, working closely with the local CIBC&T team and leveraging their processes and resources. You also manage internal mobilities and take part in local recruitment in partnership with the CIBC&T Management team. In addition, you actively contribute to the extended team governance in Paris, promote knowledge-sharing both within the local team and with the Paris team, and ensure smooth, seamless communication across the two locations, and develop a proximity with 2S local teams.
