As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Your efforts directly impact our customers by ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the effective implementation and integration of CX/ISO systems and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) System requirements.
- Establish a dynamic operating system and a strong organizational culture, ensuring the definition, implementation, and standardization of key plant systems.
- Oversee the Quality Management System and internal/external audits.
- Drive the implementation of all Carrier Excellence (CX) system elements and serve as a change agent.
- Facilitate problem-solving using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3, and PDCA, and promote standardized work practices.
