**A Day in Your Life at MKS**:
As a Continuous Improvement Manager for Procurement, you will partner with internal teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director.
**You Will Make an Impact By**:
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Analyzing procurement processes and the impact across departments to identify areas of inefficiency.
- Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management.
- Leading cross-functional project teams.
- Conducting training and workshops for staff at all levels
- Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen
- Maintaining reports and presenting progress to senior management.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.
