Arcadis is seeking a Contract Administrator to support our growing London, ON office. The Contract Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing contractual agreements to safeguard our clients’ interests and ensuring that contractors and service providers deliver on their commitments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract administration on behalf of owner/clients, typically for government agencies or municipalities, monitoring performance, managing financial aspects, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. This position requires strong collaboration and communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as effective supervision of inspection and administration staff to ensure project success.
