Role: Contract Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, and archiving), and utilizing contract management system(s) Experience drafting and redlining contracts using standard templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments, Saa S/IT Agreements) Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate risks appropriately Familiarity with using fallback positions and negotiation playbooks Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay process; understanding of procurement roles and approvals Experience supporting indirect procurement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience IT background is preferred
