Key Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, proposes revisions, and negotiates contracts with customers for the provision of products and/or services, including exceptions to tender documents and requests for quotations.
- Drafts, reviews, proposes revisions, and negotiates contracts with suppliers when necessary.
- Promotes and ensures compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations, including obtaining all required legal approvals within the organization.
- Generates contract reports as needed and actively participates in all aspects of post‑award contract management, including regularly monitoring active and expiring contracts.
- Manages and administers contract‑related records in the relevant contracts database in a timely manner.
- Identifies and proposes improvements to existing contract‑management procedures.
