Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands on Controller to lead the accounting and finance function for a growing real estate investment and property management organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close processes
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packages
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
