About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer service focused Conveyancing Administrator (internally called Deal Administrator) to join our growing team. As a trusted and reliable member of our commercial real estate brokerage team, you will provide proactive high-level support services to brokerage offices across Canada and accounting functions. You will be a key player responsible for managing the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth coordination between parties and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Review legal documents, including Sales/Lease/Service and Fee agreements to ensure Trade Record data are correctly entered into the system
- Follow up on deal status changes as deals progress
