Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean premade meals for supermarket sales, including Kimchi, Kimbob, soups, and more.
- Prepare sushi, rolls and other items.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe creation.
- Maintain stoves ready for cooking, ensure products are signed properly and in code compliance.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Train and guide other kitchen staff.
- Keep the kitchen clean.
