About the Role
Permanent position located in SãoPaulo (NASP). This role focuses on coordinating collaborations and licensing projects for Natura and Avon brands, from conception to communication, and leading the development and execution of strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and propose global collab and licensing projects, taking them from concept to communication.
- Lead partnership initiatives by connecting with and negotiating with renowned players.
- Manage and organize collab and licensing projects through all stages of the process, analyzing data and acting on insights.
- Create strategic and sales‑oriented presentations with a clear, structured thought process.
- Analyze consumer behavior, consumption habits, fashion trends, and cosmetic innovations.
