This position is responsible for Project design definition, planning, budgeting, sourcing materials and working with Roadmasters to ensure timely design and execution of projects
**Accountabilities**
- Obtains the permits and licensing for KCSM and KCS Engineering projects determined to be built.
- Designs the projects insuring they meets KCS standards.
- Develops conceptual designs, budgets and feasibility studies to implement and develop Railroad projects in United States and Mexico.
