- Maintain correct use of the company's image and reputation internally and externally, in coordination with local and corporate leadership.
- Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the complex's annual internal communication plan.
- Development of creative 360° communication campaigns and pieces, based on 'storytelling', for administrative and unionized employees, aligned with business objectives
- Coordination of diagonal meetings of the Complex Management, departmental and business
- Design of effective and high-impact presentations for site managers
- Writing internal informative notes for distribution
- Administration of the annual plan for external visits to the site (students, suppliers, executives, etc.)
- Leadership of the initiatives of the local Social Responsibility Committee, in coordination with Central Offices
