Responsibilities
- The Product Performance Management Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance.
- Works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution.
- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the product performance team.
- Evaluates variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations.
- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
