As the On-Farm Research & Agronomy Coordinator, you will ensure the successful execution of field-scale trials within Ontario’s agricultural landscape. This role emphasizes practical problem-solving and adaptability in real-world farm environments. By collaborating directly with farmers and research partners, you will drive the adoption of best management practices and facilitate critical data collection and analysis.

• Oversee quality control of data from trials and farm operations
