Job Description
NSF is seeking to add a Coordinator to its growing team. This role serves as a support function for the Supply Chain Certification business. The successful candidate will partner with Account Managers to manage the data for SQF clients in North America and provide basic customer service.
Responsibilities
- Client-facing role to oversee SQF certification projects for assigned area
- Will serve as a point of contact for the client in coordinating and executing NSF certification services and meeting target KPI’s
- Accurately enters customer information in internal and external databases
- Attains Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times outlined by the department
- Performs routine administrative tasks as requested
- Performs other duties as needed
