- Experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft AI technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent copilots using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry/Studio for building, managing, and deploying AI models and applications, including Azure OpenAI Service.
- Deep understanding and practical application of prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI model accuracy and contextual relevance in M365 Copilot chat.
- Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, connectors, and plugins.
