We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing full apartment renovations in the Cornwall area.
Work Includes:
- Full apartment turnovers
- Demo, drywall, and flooring
- Kitchen & bathroom installations
- Painting and finishing
- Renovation punch-list completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience with full apartment renovations
- Own tools and reliable transportation
