Job Description

Join our finance team as a Corporate Accounts Payable Services Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will handle employee reimbursements and vendor payments, while supporting a dynamic team environment.
This position provides essential oversight in the administration of all reimbursement and payment processes. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will train Accounts Payable Administrators and ensure compliance with financial policies. You will be pivotal in facilitating communications between internal staff and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and post expense submissions using Ariba, SAP, and Concur
• Administer cheque and EFT payment runs weekly
• Ensure security of sensitive vendor information
• Support complex payment situations and provide solutions
• Prepare training materials and assist with training sessions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable
